Title: King of Hearts [Chapter 3] Author: Chocolate_Ai Genre: Fantasy, Action Rating: PG13 Pairing: Dooseob, Junseung, Kiwoon Hyunseung woke up to find himself in the bed without the warmth beside him. He rustled the sheets to make sure there's no Junhyung in it, and when he was convinced, he got up from the bed and walked towards the living room. He switched on the tv, and poured himself a glass of milk. The report of the battle between Doojoon and Dongwoon was being aired on the tv. "I missed the battle," he just realised but didn't give much damn about it as he was more curious to where Junhyung was now. Doojoon's face being replayed on the tv made Hyunseung think 'maybe I should visit Doojoon and Yoseob later.' "Hyung, I think I saw Kikwang just now..." Dongwoon wasn't sure but he thought that he should share that with Junhyung. They had been friends since before Junhyung knew Hyunseung, together with Kikwang. But no one knows why did Kikwang left, or his whereabouts now. They were both silent for a while, with memories of Kikwang overflowed into their minds. Finally Junhyung broke the silence. "Are you sure that was Kikwang?" "I don't know... I had only caught a glimpse of him like, a few nanoseconds? And then Doojoon sliced my head off," there was clearly some dissatisfaction in his tone, but unsure whether it was because of his defeat or the Kikwang issue. Junhyung just kept quiet as he listened to the younger and silently analyzed his words. Kikwang didn't thought he'd be discovered by Dongwoon, and of course, he felt guilty for distracting his concentration during the battle. He knew what Dongwoon had been doing all along, but he just can't appear in front of him, at least not yet. He'll have to finish his business first, and he hoped, by then, Dongwoon still loves him as much as he did. "Dongwoon, wait for me... I'll go back to you soon." * * * * * * * * * * * * * * They held each other's hands for the first time. Even though Junhyung was there, it was not awkward at all. The three of them were always together, and at that time they didn't pay much attention to the Card battles. They lived like normal teenagers did, enjoying life to the fullest. "Kikwang, do you live alone in this house?" "Yep." "Why?" Kikwang thought for a while before he could answer Dongwoon's question. "My parents were dead." Dongwoon seemed surprised by his answer, and he felt apologetic for asking. Kikwang felt that, so he patted his head to tell him that's okay. "Do you want to live with me?" Kikwang suddenly asked. Dongwoon's eyes widened. 'This is too good to be true,' he thought. He was actually damn happy inside, but kept cool at the outside. Just in case he'd heard it wrongly. "Yes? No?" Kikwang was still waiting for his answer. Dongwoon finally shouted out a loud YES and hugged Kikwang with all his might. It seemed like they forgot Junhyung's existence for a while there. * * * * * * * * * * * * Hyunseung walked happily towards Doojoon and Yoseob's shared house. Like how he knew Junhyung, he knew the both of them through battles. The weather was good, which made him feel awesome. He was so close to their house, just another turn in the alley and he'll see it. That's when he noticed his hands were being grabbed by someone, with another hand covering his mouth. He wanted to turn and look at that someone but the strong hands wouldn't allow him. Before he realise it, he was knocked out. A/N: Sorry guys.. this is getting boring T__T Labels: October 2011
